I’m noticing that doing this 30 minutes exercise of writing "I don’t know what to write." helps with both lowering my anxiety against putting letters on paper and making it easier to read.

Some may think this is a stupid, mind-numbing exercise, but I say it is not. It makes you mindful towards writing with a pen on paper, but also calm down and not get distracted by other things you might want to do.

—They call it multitasking, but I think it is dividing your attention, making each task less effective and enjoyable. By focusing on one task, you concentrate your attention and lower your anxiety about finishing what you’re working on.
