It has quickly become the go-to class for gyms and studios in several states and by the end of 2016 there will be over 300 certified instructors teaching HIGH.My name is Carly Gates and I knew after taking my very first HIGH class that I was hooked and had to certify. I started teaching HIGH in Boise in January 2016. I have been lucky enough to bring it to Idaho Fitness Factory several days per week, as well as teaching it at various schools, churches, fundraisers, etc. HIGH has changed me in so many ways. I look forward to every class with giddiness. The only thing you have to lose is sweat and calories! What inspires you? “Connecting with local residents who are interested in making a healthy change in their life, or who want to try something new. I love seeing the smile on participants face at the end of a class and get such joy in seeing them return again and again. Knowing that each person can give it their all, at their own level, is so motivating." FAQs What is JUMP?
