AGM 2017 Join us to find out more about what is happening in our Trust, visit our information stalls and choose one of our workshops for tips on looking after your mind, body and soul. The time table for our event is below. You are very welcome to attend the whole event from 11.00am – 3.00pm. Alternatively you can join us for the Annual General Meeting and attend either a morning or afternoon workshop. 11.00am onwards Visit our information stalls to find out more about the services that can support you and take part in our workshops to help you improve your own health and wellbeing. 11.20am – 11.50am Workshop session one Mindfulness A short session to hear more about mindfulness and how it can be beneficial to your mental and physical wellbeing. You can take part in some brief mindfulness activities and take away information on what you have learned so that you can practice at home. Staying active – let’s get Physical Learn about how keeping active can be beneficial to your health and wellbeing and identify goals and simple steps to increase physical activity. 12.00pm – 12.45pm Lunch and networking 12.45pm – 2.30pm Annual General Meeting and Annual Members’ Meeting Beginning with comedy and ending with music! Find out more about our Trust and how we are doing. 2.45pm – 3.15pm Workshop session two Spirituality and mental health What does spirituality mean and how can it support your health and wellbeing? This session explores the meaning of hope and spirituality and how it could support you. Everyone is welcome, whether or not you have a faith. Nutrition and Health Eating well can contribute to your health and wellbeing. Understand the barriers to eating well and get some useful tips on eating a healthy, balanced diet as well as identifying some simple steps to make positive changes to your eating habits. Free on-site parking is available, but spaces may be limited at busy times.
