He is the author of the From Crew to Captain trilogy of books that help people transition to working for themselves and start-up businesses and co-author of FT publishing’s Inspirational Gamechangers. David will explain how adapting your behaviour to build better relationships with clients and prospects can generate more sales. In group exercises you will learn how developing your own self-awareness will help you to understand other people, build relationships and adapt your communication style to suit them. You will discover your own personal attributes that can help you be a good salesperson. We will cover all the key components of a sales qualification process. In other words, all the necessary steps to turn a stranger into a loyal customer. You will leave understanding how knowing yourself better can help you to achieve better results at every stage of the sales process.
