You can use brainwave meditation to put yourself in the state of mind that you want to be in. You will still garner all of the benefits of meditation, but they will be heightened when binaural beats are added. Some benefits of meditation include immune system improvement, anxiety decrease, breathing rate and heart rate decrease.

What Brainwave Entrainment Can Help

Brainwave meditation can assist people with chronic insomnia, release headaches, and help people draw on their own natural creativity, focus and energy. In addition, this brain entrainment technology has been used to assist people with anxiety-related mental illnesses, children with autism and other developmental disabilities, attention deficit disorder, addictions and depression. People who have a seizure disorder should not do this type of meditation.

Entering The Mainstream

As is the case with many newly discovered things, brainwave meditation had more than its share of skeptics.
