Find calm in this busy world. Take your eyes away from the screen, unplug from the outside world, leave your stress at the door, and learn how to recharge and focus on your inner world. Join us in our beautiful meditation studio for this two part discover meditation, discover yourself course. With simple techniques we make meditation easy and accessible to all and no experience is required! With regular practice you’ll feel more calm, more inner peace, happier, and more thoughtful in everything you do. Learn to relax your mind and body, and discover your true nature. In this course you will learn how to meditate and make it part of your daily routine. We will teach you how to apply mindfulness and meditation to reduce stress, improve productivity and performance and have better relationships. This is a free 2 part course running on 2 consecutive Monday nights: Part one: Monday 21st August 7:30pm - 8:45pm Part two: Monday 28th August 7:30pm - 8:45pm There is no need to bring anything and please arrive at least 10 minutes early so we can get everyone seated comfortably. In line with ancient yoga tradition we don't charge for our meditation programs however donations are very welcome to help with the running of the centre.
