Please, don't say there is nothing you can do about it. Many modern day diseases (cancer,
heart, diabetes etc) caused by our lifestyle. Many people cured themselves just by changing their food, exercise…

Thank you for this video!! I lost my Dad this year to suicide. He was a Navy veteran. I was on hometime when it happened, and went down that same road. Have not been able to get back on the road yet. Had a mental breakdown 2 months after, and was diagnosed with PTSD, and major depressive disorder. The PTSD coming from what I saw, and depression as a result. I am an O/O, and will be getting back on the road over the next couple days. It's time. Baby steps. The struggle is real. Be safe everyone.

I know what you have gone through because I was once there. A bitter divorce, my kids that I would die for turned against me. plus just back from 3 tours in Vietnam. At 70 mph I drifted off the edge of the interstate and aimed myself at a bridge support. I don't know what made me pull back but I did. It was years later but I finally broke free. I probably could have done it sooner but I was too proud to admit I had a problem. I thank my now wife for helping me face my demons. I'm now 67 and am finally enjoying my life.
