    Actually learned the Kong Vault and few minutes after my wrist was like in small pain in one position. Next day, I did your technique and it workt! Thanks man.

    I've just realized the reason my wrist hurts is because my center of balance is off witch causes me to put more pressure on one wrist thanks for the help.

    My wrist and thumb hurts for me. It's like when I move my thumb and or wrist it's so painful. I think it may be due to what you said @ 5:10

    i lift and i have wrist pains my right is the worse . i feel it's my veins also i have like a bump and the other wrist doesn't. i have not been to the gym in 3 weeks . 😞
