Kentucky Oral Health Strategic Plan

Kentucky Oral Health Strategic Plan
Event on 2017-05-31 08:30:00
This meeting is to update Kentucky’s Strategic Plan for Oral Health. The implementation of a state oral health plan was a key point of the Kentucky Youth Advocates’ Blueprint for Kentucky’s Children and therefore has become an interest of Senator Max Wise and Secretary Glisson to have this plan updated. It brings together oral health stakeholders from across the state for their input and ideas about oral health, access to care and to discuss the development of new programs to improve our oral health status. Stakeholders are, but not limited to: dental professionals, other health professionals, dental and hygiene schools, dental-related associations, other advocacy associations, educators, public health officials, elected officials and any Kentuckian interested in improving oral health in our state.
