This short workshop is an introduction to the world renowned Art of Living Happiness Programme and during this session you will learn some effective tools that you can apply to your life straight away. The tools and techniques the Art of Living teach are being studied by scientists all over the world becasue of the remarkable stress relieving benefits that are being documented in people who regularly practice them.
