Mobile Fitness PT is very excited to annouce we are launching group training sessions! To celebrate we are inviting you to our FREE OPEN WEEK. Come train with a group of fun, motivated people working towards a common goal.  We are inclusive to everyone and anyone wanting to improve their fitness, lose weight, build muscle, tone up and live a healthy lifestlye. All fitness levels are welcome and the training sessions can be easily adapted to work around any injuries you may have.  In the open week you can attend all of our sessions completely FREE OF CHARGE! You can also bring your kids, parents, brothers, sisters and all your friends along with you.  Discover the benefit of working out in a fun, energetic, motivating environment! Our venue at Ridge park is very accessible, it has a sheltered area if its raining and lights for when it gets dark.  We have 3 times for group sessions set up: -Mondays 7pm from 17th July -Wednesdays 6pm from 19th July -Saturdays 7am  from 22nd July All sessions will be a combination of high intensity circuit training using a combination of weights, boxing and bodyweight exercises. The goal being to work as many muscles simultaneously to burn fat, build muscle and increase fitness.  To secure your spot now, simply register your details on this page.
