Ideal for seniors, joint-friendly Pilates increases strength and flexibility through gentle toning exercises and can be adjusted to suit all fitness levels. Thrive in a congenial atmosphere of mutual support. Boost your stamina and muscle tone without the risks of high impact exercise. Wear loose clothing and bring a towel or yoga mat. Signed waiver is required at the first class session.
