Did you know the founder of pilates used his internment during WWI to practice and refine his now-popular system of stretching and resistance on other internees? Join us on the final Thursday of each month this summer as teachers from the Kansas City Ballet School lead a pilates program to start your morning! The program features non-impact, core developing and flexibility exercises for people at any level of fitness. BYOM (Bring your own mat). FREE with pre-registration | Museum Southeast Lawn (J.C.
