    I'm doing this for the second time, just because I feel like it and I'm in the middle of the first week. I'm noticing my abs are stronger. I don't get as tired. And events my abs are aching from all the work the second times easier. Even tho it's only the first week

    Just started this today and managed to complete at least 90% of this. It's was the leg workout that killed me doing the small circular action. Feeling the burn but loving the pain 🙂 and got a dance fitness video to do later, am on this shizzle two to three times a day as i have got so much unwanted fat to get rid of as loads of weight to loose 👊
