    You know how to quit? Just quit!!! Yes you're going to have cravings. Acknowledge them, embrace them. It will pass. First two weeks are the hardest. But the cravings will become less in frequency and intensity. And each day that passes without smoking will give you more determination to continue without smoking. Your self esteem will rocket and you'll wonder why you didn't do it sooner.

    I got the audio book – listened once, went 3 days without a craving then BIG time withdrawal and gave in. Bought a pack and smoked 10 of them. Listened again – this time I made it 4 days. Listened again and now I'm at 10 days. A few days with some bad cravings but none for the last 2 days. I honestly feel that after 45 years of smoking and a ton of quit attempts that I have actually done it this time.
