The Pros Of Physical Exercise
Most people don’t find exercise that interesting. That’s because they haven’t tried at all and experience the benefits themselves. This is surprising but if asked why they exercise, most people do not really know why. They just do it to get rid of fats from their bellies. What they do not know is that there is more to exercise than just losing weight.
Do you know that exercise can boost your body’s energy level? That may sound ironic since exercise seems to deplete your energy making you feel tired. The opposite is true my friend. Lack of exercise will eventually cause you to feel more tired and exhausted easily after even just a little activity. Your cardiovascular needs to be worked out in order for it to function properly and when you just sit around most of the time your system will get used to it losing its ability to cope up with strenuous activity.
Exercising can also help you improve your mood. That’s right, when you’re feeling bored and depressed one of the best things you can do is to sweat it out. When doing exercise or any other physical activity, your brain releases feel-good chemicals. These chemicals are called endorphin. They not only boost your mood, they also strengthen your immune system.
Here’s one benefit of exercise that might get your attention especially if you’re married and getting older. Exercise can boost up your sex life! For one, exercise, especially cardiovascular exercises can help you increase your endurance, and that include endurance in bed! Studies also tell us that exercise can increase sexual desire and help women to reach climax every time!
This last one is very common and I bet you have heard about this a million times. But just in case you forgot, I would like to remind you that exercise can greatly reduce your risk for having chronic diseases like heart problems and high-blood pressure. Take your time to at least walk 15 to 30 minutes a day to improve the condition of your heart.
As I have said these are just friendly reminders to keep you motivated to perform regular exercise even if it’s just as simple as walking or stretching. If you’re not used to exercising, you can start by making it a habit of walking in the park with your spouse and children. Exercise is not boring especially after you find out its health benefits!
