TRIATHLEAN is a 6 week program designed to create athletes who are BUILT TO RACE. Each class with in a session is designed to build off previous workouts. The duration of the exercise and the complexity will increase as core strength and cardiovascular endurance increases. Exercises are designed using body weight and gear specifically for multi-sport athletes*. *TRIATHLEAN supports the three disciplines of triathlon. There are no swim, bike or run specific workouts.
