                        I'm 5ft and I eat around 800 to lose weight. I've gained about 5lbs from stress eating and just eating junk so I'm gonna get that weight off (plus a few more pounds).

                          I can't eat breakfast. it makes me feel sluggish and hungry all day. if I fast until lunch time and eat most of my calories from 5pm onwards I feel at my best. I lose weight on 1600-1800 even when I am sedentary and I am 5'3. 1200 doesn't seem like much for most people.
