Yin – Yang Vinyasa Flow Yoga  Let go of the working week, reset and refresh! £10 + booking fee per session – Includes a refreshing Gin & Tonic or coconut water after class. Yin – Yang flow is the perfect balance between movement and slow stretches – designed to rejuvenate the body and still the mind. Yin can be described as stable, immobile, feminine, passive, cold, and downward moving. Yang is depicted as changing, mobile, masculine, active, hot, and upward moving. Eirian regularly incorporates a slower Yin style of yoga into her classes to complement the more fast paced, muscle contracting and blood pumping Yang – Vinyasa Flow style. You will begin the class with a breathing exercise and warm up leading into a series of Yin style floor postures held passively for several minutes at a time. The Yin yoga will work on your deeper connective tissues, opening up your body in preparation for a more dynamic, strength building Vinyasa Flow. The flow will then slow and cool down, leading you into deep relaxation.
